I recently stayed at a lovely 4-star hotel in a picturesque location among mountains. The hotel had a great spa center and it was delightfully quiet. There was a fantastic restaurant right next door that served delicious national and Central Asian cuisine. The hotel's decoration was excellent, showing a good sense of taste. Additionally, I want to give a special shout-out to Kamran, the professional and polite worker at the reception desk.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas vacation, I had a great time at a hotel in Almaty. The hotel offered complementary spa services and breakfast which I enjoyed. The hotel was located near the Medeo and had a great view of the mountains. The hotel personnel was helpful and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant.
One downside of the hotel was the presence of a bad odor in some of the bathrooms. Another issue was the amount of children in the pool and sauna area, with kids running around and leaving the door open.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location is simply the best, nestled between two mountain ranges and close to the winter sport facilities of Medeu and Shymbulak. The stunning views of the mountains from our room were breathtaking. The hotel is truly beautiful, with its elegant decor and comfortable amenities. We especially enjoyed the fresh mountain air that made our stay even more refreshing. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, particularly the friendly cleaners who made sure our room was immaculate. The spa center was a haven of relaxation, with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The massage we booked was also excellent, leaving us feeling rejuvenated.
The only downside we experienced was that the staff at the restaurant and the front desk were not very informative or attentive. However, this did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience we had at this hotel.
